Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred; licenses as needed; several professional certifications may be required.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with significant management responsibility.
• Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B settings is highly preferred.
• Experience in financial services (insurance/banking) is highly preferred.
