Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President – Head of Data Strategy (Remote) to guide the strategic direction of a data-focused product portfolio and partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise growth. This senior role emphasizes shaping offerings, commercial models, and investments for future growth while engaging customers and stakeholders across the organization.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only. Compensation: $216,000 – $288,000 annually.

Qualifications

15+ years in product strategy or corporate strategy roles, ideally in healthcare or enterprise software.
Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning for multi-product platforms.
Strong understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem and healthcare technology landscape.
Proficient in market research, business model development, and financial analysis.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define strategic direction for a product portfolio based on market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with executive leadership to implement corporate growth strategies.
Co-own strategy with the Experience Lead.
Evaluate options for strategic initiatives, including build/buy/partner decisions.
Translate strategic priorities into a cohesive 18 month to 3 year rollout plan.
Identify risks and accelerators for achieving strategic goals.
Engage in customer conversations to shape new offerings and commercial models.
