Job summary

Incline Insurance Group is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented VP of Business Development to lead proactive pipeline development and expand broker and channel relationships. This role will institutionalize business development as an enterprise-wide discipline and partner with underwriting leadership to broaden distribution channels.

Responsibilities include building a centralized target database, managing CRM for leadership visibility, and driving ROI across conferences, TPAs, and referral

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, distribution, or market-facing roles within specialty insurance, MGA, or reinsurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive pipeline development and expand distribution channels.
• Cultivate and expand broker & channel relationships with priority firms.
• Develop reinsurers and service providers as structured, trackable referral sources.
• Own conference and event strategy to maximize ROI.
• Enhance and manage a CRM with leadership visibility on pipeline and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting on outreach and key account strategy.
