Highwire, a strategic marketing communications agency, seeks a Vice President of Business Development to scale the new business function during a pivotal growth phase. You will own the new business engine, drive pipeline strategy, lead pitches, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development and client leadership at an agency
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder pitches and winning new business
• Executive presence with senior-level procurement leaders and decision-makers

Responsabilités

• Own the full new business lifecycle from qualification to close
• Build relationships with senior marketing and communications leaders; lead consultative conversations
• Lead RFPs, referrals, and strategic pitches; develop compelling proposals
• Create playbooks and frameworks to improve win rates and efficiency; forecast & pipeline visibility
• Mentor and develop business development talent and align cross-functional teams
