J&P Hospitality Management, LLC seeks a Vice President of Business Intelligence to lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics for a multi-state extended-stay hotel portfolio. The role emphasizes AI adoption, data-driven decision support, and ownership partnerships.

The VP will manage a BI team, partner with Operations, and report to the COO, driving performance insights and standardized processes across the portfolio from a remote, US-based location with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hospitality finance, BI, FP&A experience.
• 5+ years of leading and developing a finance/BI team.
• Expert Excel, data modeling, and able to design scalable reporting.
• Proven ability to build hotel pro formas, feasibility studies, and underwriting models.
• Experience leading owner-facing monthly reviews, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Hands-on with AI tools to improve analytics and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly financial reviews with ownership groups and present results.
• Oversee quarterly forecasts and annual budget process for the portfolio.
• Develop and lead BI strategy, reporting standards, and analytics.
• Translate hotel performance into actionable insights for owners and operators.
• Build pro formas and feasibility analyses for development or acquisitions.
• Coach and develop the BI team, ensure data integrity and governance.
