Job summary

Vizient seeks an AVP, Business Intelligence & Innovation to lead its BI portfolio, data strategy, and automation roadmap. You will drive adoption of CRM, automation and AI technologies, enabling scalable processes and improved decision support across Networks & Leadership Solutions.

With 10+ years in BI and strong executive presence, you will partner with enterprise leaders to deliver value through data governance and transformation initiatives and mentor teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, translating business needs into technology solutions.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives from strategy through adoption.
Ability to translate data and technology topics into clear decisions and actions.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Define and execute BI strategy, reporting, and data infrastructure aligned with priorities.
Own the department's BI product portfolio, roadmaps and governance.
Provide actionable views on performance, health, risks and opportunities.
Lead change management and adoption of AI-enabled automation and processes.
Lead, mentor and develop BI, automation and transformation professionals.
