Job summary

ARCHER Systems, LLC is seeking a VP, AI & Automation to lead ARCHER’s enterprise AI and intelligent automation program, translating ELT priorities into measurable business outcomes across operations, lien resolution, payments, and finance.

The role demands a technically fluent leader with hands-on experience deploying AI in production, knowledge of LLMs and agentic frameworks, and the ability to scale the AI Center of Excellence within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI in production across multi-functional teams.
• Strong leadership to build and scale AI capabilities and talent.
• Experience establishing governance, policy, and cost controls for AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI strategy and roadmap across functions.
• Lead AI product owner and business analysts in translating processes to agent-ready specs.
• Manage AI vendor relationships and secure CIO approvals for investments.
• Collaborate with Technology Leadership to align AI delivery with platforms and security.
• Expand and harden AI infrastructure and model management practices.
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and measurable benefits of AI programs.
• Represent ARCHER’s AI program to clients and external partners.
