Job summary

Arch is seeking an AVP of AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims. You will report to the SVP, mentor offshore resources, and drive initiatives to accelerate speed, agility, and competitive advantage through AI solutions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deploy cutting-edge AI in a transformative journey for Arch's operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years in data science / AI / automation / engineering.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders, providing updates on projects and opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements that enhance business processes and optimization efforts.
