Job summary

Responsibilities include translating AI strategy into execution, architecting AI/ML system designs, and spearheading the software development life cycle. Applicants should have over 10 years of experience in software engineering and proven leadership in building production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and/or automation engineering experience.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience building production-grade AI and/or ML systems.
• Resilient problem-solving skills for ambiguous problems.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into scalable engineering execution.
• Architect and govern AI/ML system designs.
• Productionize AI/ML solutions into stable applications.
• Build and lead a multi-team AI/ML engineering organization.
• Drive alignment by influencing senior executives.
• Spearhead the AI/ML Software Development Life Cycle.
• Establish practices for versioning, deployment, and CI/CD.
• Build observability and monitoring systems.
