Job summary

Arch Capital seeks an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims. You will collaborate with senior leaders to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions and drive digital operation improvements.

You will mentor offshore resources, guide the Gen AI Center of Excellence, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to accelerate automation and AI-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Comfortable handling ambiguous concepts and breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation and various business units to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, ensuring best practices and innovation in AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, providing updates on existing projects and identifying new opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable and impactful technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and support business optimization efforts.
