CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a VP-level AI Architect to define and drive a scalable AI-first architecture across the organization.

You will connect AI applications with software and infrastructure at scale, translating priorities into practical designs while guiding cross-team implementation. You’ll lead architecture decisions, build reference implementations, and mentor engineers with a focus on security, performance, and cost.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering.
• Proven track record delivering production AI systems.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems and performance engineering.
• Experience with model integration, inference serving, and retrieval.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders and mentor engineers.
• Experience building shared platforms and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide AI architecture and roadmap with leaders.
• Design and build full-stack AI and agentic systems with runtimes, memory, tools.
• Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale.
• Create a consistent developer experience with reusable components and APIs.
• Design AI lifecycle architecture from data ingestion to deployment.
• Embed security, governance and auditability into AI architectures.
