Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a VP-level AI Architect to define and drive a modern AI-first architecture across the company. You will connect AI applications with scalable software and infrastructure, translating business priorities into practical designs while guiding multi-team implementations.

Lead the development of full-stack AI systems, establish shared platforms and standards, and mentor senior engineers to deliver secure, high-performance AI capabilities across products and platforms.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering with leadership.
• Proven history delivering production AI systems and agentic applications.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems, APIs, and performance engineering.
• Experience with model integration, inference serving, and evaluation at scale.
• Ability to align stakeholders and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive company-wide AI architecture and roadmap.
• Design and build full-stack AI and agentic systems with scalable runtimes.
• Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale.
• Create a consistent developer experience via reusable components and APIs.
• Design AI lifecycle architecture with automated quality gates and observability.
• Embed security, governance, and auditability into AI architectures.
