Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a VP-level AI Architect to define a unified AI-first architecture across the company. You will align business priorities with practical designs, guiding multiple teams to build scalable AI capabilities that span products and platforms.

You’ll lead reference implementations, address performance and security, and mentor senior engineers while shaping a safe, auditable AI ecosystem across cloud and edge environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering across multiple products.
• Track record delivering production AI systems, incl. generative/agentic apps and infra.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems, APIs, and performance engineering.
• Experience with model integration, inference serving, retrieval, and evaluation at scale.
• Ability to align stakeholders, mentor engineers, and establish shared platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive company-wide AI architecture and roadmap with common interfaces.
• Design and build full-stack AI and agentic systems with reusable components.
• Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale across cloud/edge.
• Create a consistent developer experience with shared tooling and APIs.
• Design AI lifecycle architecture including data, deployment, and observability.
• Embed security, governance, and auditability with practical engineering controls.
