Your leadership will shape company-wide decisions, reference implementations, and secure, auditable AI capabilities that power secure, high-performance products at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering.
• Proven record delivering production AI systems with scalable infrastructure.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems, APIs, and performance engineering.
• Experience integrating models, inference serving, and retrieval at scale.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders and mentor engineers across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide AI architecture and roadmap.
• Design and build full-stack AI and agentic systems with scalable foundations.
• Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale.
• Create a consistent developer experience via reusable components and APIs.
• Design the AI lifecycle architecture with observability and safety gates.
• Embed security, governance, and auditability into AI architectures.
