Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering, including senior technical leadership across multiple products or business units.
• Record of designing and delivering production AI systems, including generative or agentic applications.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems, APIs, and performance engineering.
• Experience with model integration, inference serving, retrieval, and evaluation at scale.
• Experience establishing shared platforms and engineering standards across independent teams.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive company-wide AI architecture and roadmap, establishing common interfaces and patterns.
• Design and build full-stack AI and agentic systems, connecting models to runtimes, memory, tools, and execution environments.
• Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale across cloud and edge.
• Create a consistent developer experience with reusable components, APIs, and shared tooling.
• Design AI lifecycle architecture from data ingestion to deployment and feedback with observability.
• Embed security, governance, and auditability into AI architectures with cross-functional collaboration.
