Acara Solutions is seeking a Voice AI Setup Specialist to help restaurants launch an AI-powered phone agent for inquiries, reservations, and order status. You will configure onboarding, test voice AI systems, and use call data to drive improvements, collaborating with product and R&D teams.

You will guide restaurant partners through setup, provide ongoing support, and help optimize performance through weekly reviews and updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• 2+ years of experience working with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch voice AI systems for restaurant partners, including numbers, greetings, hours, and handoff rules.
• Customize FAQs and call routing using restaurant-specific information; ensure accurate responses and proper routing.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding through launch, providing phone/email support and troubleshooting.
