Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 2–8 years in technical roles such as Tech Support Eng, Solutions Eng, or Software Eng.
• Strong problem-solving and distributed systems debugging.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with customers.
• Overlap with Pacific Time required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for enterprise accounts from kickoff to go-live.
• Help customers move from pilot to production with rollout strategy.
• Build voice agents with customers via prompts, flows, and integrations.
• Debug live deployments, analyze logs, and write post-incident summaries.
• Shape the product by turning feedback into prioritized requests.
