Retell AI Inc. is seeking a technical partner for enterprise customers to keep voice agents live and improving.

You will collaborate with customer engineering teams, debug production issues, and translate learnings into product enhancements as agents handle calls. You'll work with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to onboard new customers, design integrations with CRMs and internal APIs, and troubleshoot issues across telephony, webhooks, and LLM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2-8 years in Technical Support Engineering or similar.
• Strong debugging of distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to overlap Pacific Time hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical onboarding for enterprise accounts from kickoff to go-live.
• Help customers move from pilot to production with concurrency planning and rollout strategy.
• Build voice agents with customers and design integrations with CRMs and internal APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and write post-incident summaries.
• Capture feedback to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
