Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution and strengthen volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and engagement across assigned territories in Texas.

You will collaborate with Territory Area Leads, staff, and volunteers to implement local strategies, recognition events, and data-driven improvements, ensuring meaningful touchpoints and momentum throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key connector between VOE strategy and territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across territories.
• Identify opportunities to leverage local market strengths to increase volunteer engagement and connect with community groups and organizations.
• Partner with staff and Territory Area Leads to build localized volunteer strategies and relationships.
• Support territory stewardship and recognition strategies, including events and National Volunteer Week.
• Use dashboards and feedback to identify opportunities to improve volunteer experiences and momentum.
• Build and maintain relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations to execute localized recruitment and engagement.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks and customize training/resources for territories.
• Ensure year-round engagement through communications, events, and touchpoints.
• Support local execution of National Volunteer Week and recognition activities.
