Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a VMware Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.

You will focus on automation, capacity management, and reliable operations for vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria, and Tanzu, with enterprise-scale challenges. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on VMware experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong scripting and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands‑on VMware platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Hands‑on experience with vSAN and storage policy management.
• Experience with NSX‑T or NSX‑V networking.
• Strong PowerCLI scripting skills and automation tooling.
• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid or VMware container platforms.
• Strong disaster recovery patterns and SRM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, and storage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization, SDN, and storage platforms.
• Support on-premises and hybrid cloud environments with enterprise scale.
• Focus on automation and capacity management for reliability.
