Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Data Center Virtualization Engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization, software-defined networking, and storage platforms across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on VMware experience, with strong automation and scripting skills, and familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid. Excellent collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on VMware platform engineering.
• Expertise in vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Experience with vSAN storage policy management.
• Experience with NSX-T or NSX-V networking.
• Strong PowerCLI scripting and automation tooling.
• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid or VMware container platforms.
• Strong disaster recovery knowledge and SRM.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
