Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Visual Designer to translate creative strategy into high-quality paid social ads across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. You will collaborate with a dedicated Creative Strategist to ensure the concept and execution align with brand briefs.

You’ll work on static and video formats, UGC, motion graphics, and product-led creative, maintaining strong visual hierarchy and typography. Fully remote with an international, time-zone-aware team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience creating paid social, direct-response or conversion-focused creative.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating paid social digital creative across brands, formats and visual styles.
• Experience across Meta and TikTok; experience with Google/Pinterest is a bonus.
• Experience with eCommerce, DTC or performance marketing brands, or working in a growth agency.
• Strong visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, composition and layout.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy briefs into paid social ads across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create across formats: static, carousels, branded video, UGC, motion graphics, product-led creative, native formats.
• Own executional details: visual hierarchy, typography, asset selection, pacing and transitions.
• Iterate from performance data with the Creative Strategist and team to improve outcomes.
• Meet volume requirements without sacrificing creative quality.
