Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience focused on paid social advertising.
• Strong portfolio of direct-response ad creatives with measurable results.
• Experience designing static ads, carousels, and performance-focused social creatives.
• Mobile-first creatives optimized for paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma.
• Ability to translate marketing data into creative improvements.
• Understanding of Meta advertising formats and specs.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• English level: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing static ads, carousels, banners, and visual assets for Meta campaigns.
• Create short-form video creatives, GIFs, and motion graphics for Facebook/Instagram.
• Audit existing creatives and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with media buyers and marketing teams on creative strategies and testing roadmaps.
• Translate briefs and objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and optimization.
• Apply direct-response principles to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines while emphasizing performance.
• Analyze campaign data to inform future output.
• Stay current with Meta trends and platform requirements.
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition goals with cross-functional teams.
