Launch With Us is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a fully remote contractor role. You will design and optimise high-performing static ads and motion content for ecommerce brands, collaborating with strategists, media buyers, and content creators to drive performance across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of ecommerce design experience, strong craft in Photoshop/Illustrator, and a keen eye for direct-response advertising.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer in ecommerce/agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality craft.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; motion tools a plus.
• Experience using AI tools in design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing static ads, carousels, and visual assets across Meta, TikTok, and paid social platforms.
• Optimise designs for engagement, conversions, and performance.
• Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, video editors, and content creators to translate concepts into assets.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflow for ideation and rapid variations.
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing and iterate on winning concepts.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining quality.
