Truvani in the United States is hiring a designer focused on paid social. You'll craft static and animated Meta ads, test variations, and iterate based on performance data.

This high-volume role is remote with flexible, autonomous work. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in paid social design for CPG or DTC brands, strong tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and a live Meta ads portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing paid social ads for CPG or DTC brands.
• Portfolio of Meta ads that have run, not just spec work.
• Strong in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Comfortable with motion: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar.
• Fast at producing many variations while keeping core messaging.
• Understanding of performance marketing and thumb-stopping frames.
• Open to feedback and data-driven iterations.
• Self-directed with queue management and deadlines.
• Experience in supplements, food, beverage, or beauty.
• Familiarity with AI image/video tools in production workflows.
• Experience designing for TikTok, YouTube, Google ads.
• Basic copywriting chops for headlines and hooks.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Meta across formats (feed, stories, reels).
• Create short motion ads and animated versions of statics (product animations, kinetic type, simple edits).
• Turn briefs into multiple concepts and variations for testing.
• Build iterations on winning ads: new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, visuals.
• Review performance with growth team and decide what to test next.
• Monitor competitors and trends in CPG/supplement advertising and propose ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing for creative that performs.
