Right Hook Digital is seeking a Visual Designer to turn strategy into high-impact paid social ads across Meta, Instagram and TikTok. You’ll work with a dedicated Creative Strategist to translate briefs into static, video and social-first formats for multiple brands.

You’ll focus on hierarchy, typography, imagery and product visibility, delivering polished or native-looking creative as the brief requires. Join a fully remote, international team and elevate performance advertising.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience creating paid social, direct-response or conversion-focused creative.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating paid social digital creative you've personally produced, ideally showing range across brands, formats and visual styles.
• Experience creating paid social creative, particularly across Meta and TikTok. Experience with Google, Pinterest and other digital advertising platforms is a bonus.
• Experience with eCommerce, DTC or performance marketing brands, and/or working inside a performance marketing agency.
• Strong visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, composition and layout
• Video editing and/or motion design capability
• Strong understanding of social-first creative and digital advertising formats
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn strategy into execution
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable receiving and implementing creative feedback
• Ability to work across multiple brands, priorities and deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable high-speed internet and your own working setup

Responsabilités

• Turn strategy into ads built to perform across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create across formats including static ads, carousels, branded video and native formats.
• Own executional details like visual hierarchy, typography, asset selection, pacing and transitions.
• Iterate from performance data and feedback to improve campaigns.
• Meet volume requirements without compromising quality; manage deadlines.
