Truvani is seeking a designer to own paid social creative for Meta channels. You will ship a high-volume stream of ads, test and learn from performance data, and iterate with faster turnarounds. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with the growth team, and staying on-brand while pushing creative that converts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing paid social ads for CPG or DTC brands.
• Portfolio of Meta ads with actual performance.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator and/or Figma.
• Comfort with motion: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut or similar.
• Ability to produce many variations quickly while preserving quality.
• Understanding of performance marketing and thumb-stopping frames.
• Open to feedback and data-driven decision making.
• Self-directed and able to manage own queue and deadlines.
• Experience in supplements, food, beverage or beauty.
• Familiarity with AI image and video tools in production workflows.
• Experience designing for TikTok, YouTube, Google.
• Basic copywriting for headlines and hooks.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Meta across feed, stories and reels.
• Create short motion ads and animated versions of statics.
• Turn briefs into multiple concepts and variations for testing.
• Build iterations on winning ads with new hooks, headlines, layouts and visuals.
• Review performance with growth team and decide what to test next.
• Monitor trends in CPG and supplement advertising and bring ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency while driving high-performing creativity.
