Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual encouraged but not required.
• Minimum two years of in-house timeshare sales experience.
• Face to face or virtual in-house timeshare sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to our Sales Process when presenting to owners.
• Establish trust with the Owners throughout the entire sales process to build ongoing rapport.
• Discover the needs of Owners through a series of questions and customize the sales presentation.
• Explain features and benefits and present financing options appropriate for ownership.
• Practice and improve sales script and presentation.
• Prepare for daily appointments.
