Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years of in-house timeshare sales experience, and may benefit from bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of in-house timeshare experience is required.
• Face-to-face or virtual in-house timeshare sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to the Sales Process when presenting to owners.
• Establish trust with Owners throughout the sales process.
• Discover needs of Owners through layered questions to customize the presentation.
• Explain features, advantages and benefits and present appropriate ownership options.
• Practice and refine sales script and presentation.
• Explain financing options and present ownership approach.
• Prepare for daily appointments.
