Jobgether in the United States is partnering to recruit a Virtual Primary Care Physician. You will deliver comprehensive, relationship-driven primary care through a virtual-first model, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

You will lead clinical quality initiatives, mentor nurse practitioners, and advance value-based care while expanding access to high-quality care via telehealth and digital health platforms.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum of five years of experience practicing in a primary care setting.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted physician license in Massachusetts; licensure across 35+ states desirable.
• Must reside in the United States and maintain multistate licensure.
• Experience providing clinical oversight, mentorship, or supervision to APPs.
• Experience in value-based care models, quality measurement, population health, and patient outcome improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build trust with patients and teams.
• Knowledge of digital health/telemedicine delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population via virtual consultations (synchronous and asynchronous).
• Serve as supervising physician for nurse practitioners under collaborative practice agreements.
• Support total cost of care initiatives and appropriate care utilization.
• Participate in peer reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement activities.
• Use population health data and care gap reports to drive proactive interventions.
• Develop and refine evidence-based clinical programs and care pathways.
• Maintain accurate, complete documentation reflecting patient complexity and quality metrics.
• Participate in daily team huddles and cross-functional care activities.
• Cover urgent care needs through scheduled on-call shifts.
• Maintain state licenses and CME obligations while contributing to clinical excellence.
