Firefly Health, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality, relationship-based care through a virtual-first platform.

You will work with an integrated care team including NPs, RNs, Health Guides, and behavioral health specialists to provide comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs. The role emphasizes leadership within the organization, clinical quality, and population health, with on-call shifts and daily huddles to ensure coordinated,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD/DO residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least five years of experience practicing in a primary care setting.
• Current board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active unrestricted physician license in MA; multi-state licensure (35+ states) desirable.
• Reside in the United States.
• Experience supervising nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Experience participating in clinical quality initiatives and population health.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a fully virtual environment.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess medical concerns and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners through collaborative practice agreements and chart reviews.
• Support high-complexity patient management and evidence-based care.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement, peer review, and chart audits.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and support population health initiatives.
