Job summary

CVS Health Minute Clinic is seeking a remote Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver Holistic, evidence-based care to patients 18 months and up via a telehealth platform. The role requires a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner, current multi-state licensure, and collaboration with a care team.

The position offers a 6-month PRN contract with weekend availability and a comprehensive benefits package. Typical pay range is $37.66–$108.15 per hour, with eligibility for CVS Health bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Initiative and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to provide quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients; provide education and counseling.
• Provide patient counseling on contraception and STI prevention; manage medications.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document care in an EHR per MinuteClinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
