Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health care via telehealth. The role requires MA independent licensure and experience in IOP/PHP settings, with evening EST hours.

You'll conduct 1:1 and group therapy, develop treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. We offer supervision hours and support for multi-state licensure in a distributed remote environment.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed as a therapist in MA; highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure; experience in IOP/PHP settings.
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-8:30pm EST and Friday 9am-5pm EST.
• Willing to obtain additional state licenses; Guidelight covers related expenses.
• Experience in behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.
• Proficient in telehealth and virtual platforms (HIPAA-compliant).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to an inclusive virtual group culture and distributed team work.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group teletherapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies.
• Prepare for weekly clinical supervision with client updates and case formulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
