Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality teletherapy services on an evening EST schedule. The therapist will conduct 1:1 and group sessions, develop treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.

Requires MA independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC) and a master\'s degree, with strong telehealth skills and HIPAA-compliant platform experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid MA independent licensure as LICSW/LMHC.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
• Willingness to provide supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.
• Ability to conduct therapy virtually using telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teletherapy services (1:1 and group) via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and doctors.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Comply with confidentiality and ethics standards.
