Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality telehealth psychotherapy in an evening EST schedule. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy to clients remotely.

The role requires MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC) with 3+ years post-licensure experience in IOP/PHP settings, and willingness to obtain licenses in other states as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Valid MA independent licensure as LICSW/LMHC or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy via telehealth.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for holistic care.
• Include suicide risk assessments within defined timeframes with supervision.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
