Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join a patient-centered behavioral health team. You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, develop individualized plans, and meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment as needed.

The role supports autonomy with clinical leadership and collaboration, operates within a supportive team of 10–12 clinicians, and offers flexible work arrangements as part of comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Active clinical licensure required (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Minimum 12 months of clinical post-licensure experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and progress reviews.
• Involve family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
