American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to manage travel for our exclusive corporate clients in the United States. You'll arrange domestic and international trips, ensure policy compliance, and leverage GDS tools to optimize itineraries.

This role offers 24/7 shifts with premium pay for alternative schedules and dual GDS experience, a dynamic, inclusive culture, and opportunities to advance within Amex GBT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate travel experience, incl. fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air and rail.
• Native GDS expertise with Sabre, Apollo and Amadeus.
• Excellent professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in the US.
• Research travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, hotels.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy and provider rules.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
