American Express Global Business Travel seeks a VIP Travel Consultant to manage travel for high-profile corporate clients, including executives and entertainment talents. You will arrange domestic and international trips across air, road, rail, and accommodations while ensuring policy compliance and security.

This role offers premium shifts, including 24/7 coverage and Monday–Friday 12:30pm–9pm ET, with strong growth opportunities and a collaborative culture that values inclusivity and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail for domestic and international travel.
• Excellent professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and ability to protect traveler information.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in the US, including individuals and groups.
• Research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, hotel, and car in varying complexity.
