Job summary
VITEC is seeking an experienced Technical Commissioning and Support Engineer (remote/hybrid) to join our Customer Success team. You will deploy and support Datapath solutions across North America and beyond, performing installation, commissioning, and training for customers, partners, and distributors.
Ideal candidates have a strong customer focus, networking basics, and problem-solving skills. Expect extensive travel, on-call duties, and close collaboration with teams across regions to ensure
Qualifications
- Customer-facing technical commissioning and support experience, AV or similar tech.
- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel ~50% across US and international destinations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Datapath/VITEC products and related tech.
- Install, configure and commission video wall systems at customer sites.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers and partners.
- Attend handover meetings with customers, integrators and distributors.
- Document cases, test results and progress in the ticketing system.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 service agreements.
