Job summary

Independent Software is seeking a Video Field Support Specialist to deliver hands-on support for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and end‑user devices in secure customer environments. You will install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify hardware while providing technical support for integrated systems and software.

You will resolve issues to ensure reliable system performance and high customer satisfaction, working independently and communicating effectively with customers and team

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant professional experience with HS diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify end-user devices and VTC systems.
• Provide hands-on technical support in secure customer environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Configure software at customer and field locations.
• Deliver responsive support with minimal supervision.
