Job summary

Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a detail-focused Post-Production Coordinator to support our Studios team. You’ll manage the post-production workflow end-to-end, coordinating editors, schedules, and client-facing notes from footage delivery through final delivery.

You’ll collaborate with editors, producers, and internal teams in a remote setting, ensuring assets, notes, and timelines are accurate. Internal candidates receive priority, with external applications welcome if not filled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years as a Production Coordinator or 4+ years in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end post-production workflow from editor allocation to final delivery.
• Coordinate editors with project expectations, creative direction, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain schedules and workloads, remove bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
• Organize project docs, assets, deadlines, and updates in monday.com, Frame.io, and Google Drive.
• Create and manage editor contracts and project documentation as needed.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates and risks, ensure timely delivery.
• Review deliverables for quality and alignment with client briefs before final delivery.
