Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of on-set production coordination experience or 4+ years in creative studio, agency, or video post-production environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video productions efficiently from pre-production through delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, customers, cast and crew for pre-production, including travel logistics.
• Prepare and distribute filming schedules, call sheets, scripts, and revisions.
• Maintain project organization in Monday.com and SCC.
• Track milestones and produce weekly production status reports.
• Support handoff to post-production.
• Understand end-to-end production processes and collaborate across departments.
