You will lead a 130+ staff, set enterprise strategy, and drive improvements across credentialing, onboarding, and readiness while coordinating with Clinical Operations, Growth, Finance, IT, and Compliance. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Administration, or equivalent with 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed provider networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 130+ staff and set enterprise provider network strategy.
• Establish disciplined network-gap management to close access and capacity gaps.
• Direct provider recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, privileging, and readiness processes.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Growth, Quality, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Legal to resolve barriers.
