Job summary

Point32Health seeks a Vice President, Network Strategy & Operations to lead network-related functions and enable contracts across all lines of business. The role focuses on standardizing, digitizing, and optimizing provider enrollment, credentialing, and related operations, collaborating across functions and with national partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience.
• 5 years health plan experience required.
• Subject matter expert in network operations.
• Experience with provider enrollment and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network Operations Function.
• Overlay operating model with strategic targets.
• Oversee contract implementation in claims platforms.
• Drive process simplification and single process across LOBs.
• Oversee provider enrollment and credentialing excellence.
• Develop provider network strategy and integrity.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
