Qualifications

• MBA or MHA degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in managed care network development and provider relations/contracting management required.
• Previous management experience including hiring, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the provider network and contracting activities and lead network strategy development.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and provider contract analysis to support negotiations.
• Manage provider relations, network expansion, and due diligence for market changes.
• Lead staff including hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating performance.
