Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Vice President, Provider Network Management to lead the provider network strategy and a team of over 130 staff. You will drive gap analysis, credentialing, onboarding, and readiness across geographies to ensure timely, high-quality examinations.

You will partner with Clinical Operations, Growth, Quality, and IT to align demand with capacity, reduce cycle times, and improve provider experience while expanding into new markets and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 20+ years in relevant health services or network operations.
• 7–10 years leading large, geographically dispersed provider networks or similar functions.
• Proven use of data and analytics to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements.
• Strong knowledge of provider recruitment, credentialing/privileging, onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Experience directing large teams and managing multiple workforce models.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 130+ staff and set enterprise provider network strategy.
• Establish disciplined gap-management with data-driven prioritization and ownership.
• Direct provider recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill areas and rapid requirements.
• Oversee provider readiness lifecycle including onboarding, credentialing, privileging, and training.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate demand, surges, new programs, and market expansion.
• Improve provider engagement by reducing friction and using data feedback to address barriers.
• Develop scalable approaches for employed and independent providers with standardization.
• Advance network technology, analytics, and partnerships to monitor network health and access.
• Build an integrated enterprise network across Leidos QTC Health Services and broader teams.
• Serve as senior enterprise resource on complex provider issues and drive timely decisions.
• Lead a high-performing network organization focused on growth, access, and readiness.
