Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP Ancillary Provider Strategy & Management to shape provider strategy for ancillary networks across markets. Remote US-based. You will lead contract negotiations, develop value-based arrangements, and drive market competitiveness to improve member experience.

The role partners with internal stakeholders and represents the organization externally to advance innovative care delivery models and strengthen provider relationships across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years of management experience in healthcare or managed care.
• 7 years of experience in provider contracting or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract negotiations for ancillary and multi-market providers.
• Establish benchmarks to ensure competitiveness of products and services.
• Facilitate the creation of innovative products to meet market demands.
• Develop pay-for-value contracts for ancillary providers.
• Provide oversight for market-based provider initiatives.
• Collaborate on network management strategies for post-acute care services.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and represent the organization externally.
