Job summary

Point32Health seeks a Vice President, Network Strategy & Operations to lead network contracting, enrollment and credentialing across lines of business. This leader will standardize, digitize, and optimize provider interactions with the plan, collaborating across enterprise functions on a national scale.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in health plan operations, strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management to drive enterprise-wide improvements and modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in health plan/healthcare operations.
• 5 years health plan experience required; deep knowledge of network operations and provider data.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network Operations and standardize end-to-end provider workflows.
• Oversee provider contracting, enrollment and credentialing across lines of business.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and data integrity in the provider network and related systems.
