Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a seasoned leader to drive strategy and execution for the ICHRA product, building provider networks with dedicated rates across markets for Centene employees and external members. You will guide value-based contracting strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage network expansion and performance analyses.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare administration with proven leadership in network development and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of healthcare administration, network development, or provider/payor contracting experience.
• Provider network development and strategy, provider contract negotiations, leading network development staff, budgeting.
• Previous management experience including hiring, training and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships in multiple markets and implement provider network strategies.
• Lead key provider negotiations with Hospitals, Physicians, Ancillaries, and Community Health Centers.
• Develop and implement network development strategy plans across markets.
• Oversee development of provider networks in expansion markets.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for stakeholders, networks, and contracts.
• Support provider advisory boards and governance with leadership.
• Advise on provider relations strategies and opportunities for expansion.
• Evaluate opportunities to adapt the network to meet company goals.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
