Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a relationship-driven Veterinary Support Staff Recruiter to attract and hire qualified professionals across an assigned region. The role emphasizes partnerships with Hospital Managers and Operations, guiding hiring teams, and creating a welcoming candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

This remote position requires travel for career fairs and hospital visits, with a local preference for Illinois candidates.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience required.
• Experience in veterinary recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with candidates and hospital leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospital support staff across the assigned region.
• Proactively identify and engage Credentialed Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and other support staff.
• Draft and post compelling job postings on Indeed and other platforms; maintain candidate communications.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding; serve as a point of contact for new hires.
• Represent Western Veterinary Partners at career fairs and hospital visits.
